This clubhouse offers an outdoor covered recreation area, restrooms, a kitchen, and a meeting room. The clubhouse grounds are lushly landscaped, providing a resort-style atmosphere.

Please note the following important details regarding your reservation:

​Reservation requests should be made AT LEAST TWO (2) WEEKS before the event. To confirm
the reservation, payment must be received within ten (10) days of the initial contract. If payment is not received within ten
(10) days, the reservation will be forfeited. -
A deposit fee of $200.00 is required to secure the clubhouse. This includes a $75.00 user fee, which will be retained as a cleaning and usage fee.

The remaining $200.00 of your deposit will be fully refundable upon confirmation that the premises are left neat and orderly after your event.
For payment, please make two separate checks:

1st Check: $200.00 for the deposit fee

2nd Check: $75.00 for the user fee

Both checks should be payable to Lakes of Savannah South Community Association, Inc. Please attach these checks to the completed rental request form and submit them as soon as possible to finalize your reservation.
